Color is great but......The only thing i dont like is that once the color sits for its alloted time it feels like glue and wont rinse out unless you put shampoo in your hair. Our gel color is crafted from highly pigmented professional-grade dyes, which can feel heavy if not totally washed out per your Personalized Instructions and sometimes requires a little bit more shampooing than other color. To thoroughly remove the color in the future, we recommend that you bring any leftover hair color in your bottle or bowl, fill it with water and mix it together. Then, after tilting your head back, pour this mixture onto any areas you applied color and deeply massage it for 2-3 minutes prior to rinsing. This will seriously help to loosen any residual color and prevent staining on your scalp. If you still have this feeling, we then suggest using a color-care clarifying shampoo to remove any of the remaining residue from your hair, leaving it feeling fresh and squeaky clean. Love the color!I have used this product 3 times and can tell you that it is the best hair color ever. I used to pay my hairdresser to do my color. Never again! This color lasts 3-4 weeks longer. It makes my hair feel great and covers my gray! Even my hairdresser tells me to keep on using it! You will love the results. Exactly what I wantedThis is my second go around with eSalon custom hair color, on my first try I had chosen a color I thought I wanted (reddish light brown- dyed over virgin/babylights blonde) and don't get me wrong... the color was gorgeous, but I decided I wanted it to be more on the orange-y/red side. I submitted my request for the tweak on my custom formulation and it turned out perfect! Perfect Shade with EXTRA Hair Color!I always run out of hair color when I am doing my hair, but with Esalon I had extra!!! The color covered my grays! Love this. Ive never had multi dimensional colour from homeI have possibly used almost every home colour on the market regardless of price... I decided to give eSalon ago because there wasn't much left to choose from and my budget doesn't suit salon prices. When I first purchased it I was skeptical over price as it is a little high but still affordable and when it arrived I thought I had bought a science kit but after reading the really easy instructions it was crystal clear what I needed to do. This set is my roots and its the first one that has given me roots that match the rest of my hair. also the first place I can actually find out how I can lighten my hair over time without the whole stripping saga as that also ruined my hair a few years back - Im glad that grew out! If you are in two minds over trying eSalon I personally would just give it ago the first time they offer so much money off why wouldnt you try it - yes it is subscription but if you dont want next months or how ever you have made the frequency you can skip it or cancel altogether (which is what I did then signed back up two weeks later!) My hair feels amazing after using eSalon and not just for the first wash like most home colours my hair feels like it has been conditioned instead of coloured. The colour is not just one colour it really does look natural and multi dimensional and its all the little extras that they think of like a sachet of jelly to ensure you dont get colour all over your hairline and the wipe (I need to know what wipes they are!!!) which are amazing and take colour off everything so easy!!! I always get my hands looking like Ive not even used gloves and the wipe literally takes it off in seconds even if Ive washed my hands!! The gloves most home colours are one set of silly gloves that snap, burst or dont fit but eSalons are really amazing quality and even get TWO pairs one to put the colour on and one to take the colour off smart yet simple thinking!
