Fantastic ProductThis arrived in my first box from eSalon ever and everything was very custom, in a lovely box. What I loved the most is they even included stain removers and stain protectors. The dye and developer mixed with ease, the application is not messy at all. The instructions - whoever thought of the little stickers is a genius. Such a small thing and makes it all easier. The dye did not run down the drain each time I showered - which all shop bought dyes always did for me. It is a hair salon quality product and I love it. Best colour I’ve used!I’ve been dyeing my hair for 30 years, and I think this has been the best product I’ve used. It covered all my annoying greys..and gave me the warmth and shine that I wanted. I am so pleased with my ‘light brown, mahogany copper’ - I love it..and I’m so glad I decided to take the plunge with this customisable colour service. It's been a game-changer, especially considering the exorbitant salon costs and frequent appointments I used to endure. Au topJ ai reçu ma couleur, très satisfaite vraiment du rendu au top, les cheveux ne sont pas abîmés, comme chez le coiffeur😃 et tout est parfait que se soit au niveau de l envois du colis à la réception. Les emballages sont très soignés et très beaux. Une notice simple et hyper bien expliqué. Je me suis abonnée trop contente. Colour and condition improvedHaving dyed my hair for over 20 years with box dyes where the colour never lasted longer than 2 weeks before seeing the regrowth and the condition of my hair getting worse, i decided to try the custom colour set. I've only used the custom colour set twice and the colour is lasting 4 to 5 weeks and the condition of my hair has vastly improved. I definitely wouldn't go back to using my old box hair dyes as paying the extra for the custom colour set is worth.the additional cost. Everyone gets a personal colourist who makes sure everything is OK and to give advice. Everything is delivered and I can change the number of weeks in which I want the next purchase or request to have it sooner all online. Great color since 2020Started using during COVID. Over the last 3 years, I have periodically made changes to my color just to switch it up a bit. This product is easy to apply. The color is rich and lasts as long as a salon color application. I receive lots of compliments, including from my hair stylist.
