heading in the right direction ! YAY!Hi, we're getting there - i believe i still need a few tweaks - it seems a big 'hot' or too bright still - better than last time, but still the color can look a bit overly strong and come off not natural enough. I don't know if the 'fix' would be to tone down the red? (go ab it more in the darker blonde direction ? and/or if there's a 'toning ' change that would make it better? thanks! and i'll call in as well. looking forward to getting there with you guys! :) PS - i consulted with Arianna and she was great! she suggested a swap between the golden and the dark blonde - i believe..? all i want to make sure is that it still will look RED - just not as bright or 'brash' - that's my only lingering concern at this time...thanks so much! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Kit incomplete, but still happyFirst time using and I'm happy with the end result. I only used on my roots and it did a great job blending with my previous color and at covering my grays. Finally Got the RED I wanted!! Except....I have been a "chemically induced" redhead for 20+ years3 (home/salon). However, since COVID + stopped undertaking salon services, red hair color had been much more difficult to source. Drug store reds are either too dark or dull. On a whim, I decided to try esalon for the first time last night (01/25/23). The blond-red is BEAUTIFUL. Whenever I went, I got compliments! The only issue I found disappointing was that the dye did not cover my gray/white hair around the face even with a 40min application. Please advise. Not perfect, but really close!My color was much better than past versions (THANK YOU to the team for listening to feedback and adjusting it!), but it faded within the first week so it's slightly lighter than I'd like. Not a huge deal - I'll ask the colorists to adjust going forward! As a note, I recently got my hair cut and mentioned I might color it, too.
