Wrong stickers on contents or a miss with the formulaI asked for the same color and gloss as my last order, but this time my roots are bright red and my ends are dark, dark brown. I am unsure if the bottles were marked incorrectly or if I was given the wrong formula, but I do not like the color. Just OkMy roots don’t look very different than what they did prior to using the esalon kit. They still look brassy and lighter than the rest of my hair. The kit itself was nicely presented and the instructions were easy to follow.
