Omg!!!The first color I got scared me it was way too orange for my tastes. I called them up they listened and took notes they sent me out a new color (with violet undertones) and I put it on and I’m in love! Thanks for listening and for the red! because there isn't anything lowerI have never colored my own hair but this sounded really safe. I went thru the multi questions . I have brown / grey hair want dark blond. I got red and bright red. omg. I called and was told that for no extra fee if I emailed pictures they would send me the fix. this was Monday. on Thursday I called to find out when to expect the package. I was told that they had closed my account because they could only darken my hair not lighten it. I asked why no one had sent me a message . she claimed it was sent. I've gone line by line in both in mail and spam and they never sent me anything just two surveys to ask about my experience. I have now spent $12 for a product from walgreens color oops to fix my hair. I would not recommend this site if it sounds too good to be true..... 3 von 3 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
