So happy I tried itI'm normally don't do reviews ....but with that being said I am so pleased with my results I wanted to share my story . I lost all my hair due to chemotherapy 2 years ago and when my hair grew back it was not healthy and I hated the color which was totally different than before So I went to a salon and after being excited to finally have enough hair to color I ended up very upset and disappointed the color washed out in less than 2 weeks and I was told because of my (medical issues ) there was nothing they could do So I decided I would give eSalon a try I am beyond thrilled my hair has not been this soft or shiny in years the color is exactly what I wanted and it was so easy to do myself I found my perfect color and I am still blown away by the price And the fact that I did it myself WOW 😊 Thank you 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. It took some tweaking, but!The first formulation for my preferences did not meet my desires. HOWEVER! With the personal attention and professional salon advisors ... eSalon customizing has brought great satisfaction. Loved color- poor grey coverageI loved the color! Was even thinking about adding a bit more aurburn to color next time. But I am so disappointed by grey coverage. No change in colorThe color chosen for me did not take, after 2 different attempts to change the requested color to a different shade before it was due again, it was never changed, so I put my plan on hold and now trying to get the subscription cancelled all together. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Too darkI like the color but it is much darker than I was hoping it would be. I suppose when I said dark auburn, I wasn’t sure how dark that would actually be. My hair is almost black now though, no hint of red in it at all.
