Excellent product!This is my third time using esalon and I am extremely pleased with the results. Everything from ordering, requesting colour changes, a consultant on hand to the timely delivery which arrives in a lovely packaged box with full instructions and all you need for a professional dye job at home! This product is absolutely worth the money not just for the above reasons but for the end result - soft, shiny locks to the exact colour you requested. I have had lots of compliments on my hair with people asking which salon I went to. They were shocked when I told them I did it myself! I have since recommended esalon to numerous people who are all thrilled with the results 😊 Having been a fan of supermarket bought home dyes I can honestly say that I will always now use and recommend esalon for the coverage it gives to greys, the length of time this coverage lasts (5 weeks vs 3 weeks), the ordering service, the consultations and value for money 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Faded so fastUpon first inspection I was so excited about this! The packaging was so cute and it really seemed promising. I’ve been coloring my own hair for more than 10 years so I was excited about the possibility of something even better! After washing and drying I was pretty happy. The color was mostly what I expected. I went from a very light blonde to a dark copper blonde. Two days later after washing my hair it seemed a little lighter. Now it’s 10 days later and my hair has basically returned to its original light blonde. Hair feels great but don't like the colourI followed the instructions to the letter but my roots ended up redder than the ends. The ends are just brown when it should have been copper red. MehWell, I was really enthousiastic after my first purchase. I thought the color was absolutely gorgeous. For this second order, regarding my roots, I'm afraid I was not as convinced. Of course I know it's normal to have a less vibrant color on the roots than on the length, and that it'd be ill-advised to re-do the length every time. However, I felt this time the overall impression was a bit dull. Plus it doesn't really match the previous color. Despite my complaintsDespite my complaints, the colorists just don’t want to make any changes to the color! The color is very drab and way too much ash looking. I took the color into my salon at home and found out the put blue in my color! I have never had blue in my coloring before, it has always been violet! This has been communicated but they still will not make the changes so addios esalon I will find a salon that will honor my wishes and does as I like and knows work for my hair!
