Definitely NOT brighterI asked for an adjusted color to bring out the copper and red and now my hair looks brown. I paid $200 last summer to get the bright copper red done and bc I couldn’t afford to keep paying that, I started using eSalon. The first box was ok but definitely didn’t see much difference to make the brightness stay, so this one was supposed to be adjusted to make it bright and vibrant again. Total opposite. Left residueI noticed after I colored my hair it felt like it had a weird texture. Almost like it had heavy product left in it. It felt like that even after 3 washes. Not real happyThis did cover my gray which is hard to do, so thumbs up for that. But even though I got an Ash base with my dark blond and I wrote that my hair picks up brassy tones very easily and the color only had a sliver of gold....my hair turned out Alburn which will be brassy in a couple of shampooing..... so I will fix this by going to Sally's and getting a bleach to strip it out cuz that is the only way I can get the red out. Best Color EverI have been using eSalon for a couple of years now. I am mostly grey, natural color being blonde. I swear by this product 110%. I’m very picky and work in an environment where you need to look your best. I have to color between 4-6 weeks and have my daughter help me or I will color. It’s convenient, fast and easy. You must take a clear pic of your hair for the colorist to see, I believe it’s crucial. I’d say have your hairdresser take the shot due to the lighting in the shop. I was in the hair chair getting a haircut and had numerous people ask me about my color while watching my blowout. I felt like a movie star! LOL. GIVE THIS A CHANCE!! If you properly take the photos and describe what you want, they really do their best to get you to the color you want. I also use the Tinted Love, it cuts the brassy look out. PerfectI don't go to the hairdressers/salon - ever. I cut and style my own hair and I use shop bought dyes, but I was tired of spending money on colour strippers and new dyes because the colour wasn't quite what I expected it to be or it came out too dark, etc. I am so impressed with my new custom colour from eSalon, it is exactly what I wanted. SensationalFor the last six months, I would pull up the eSalon website and start to fill it out, and then never submit it. Recently I made my first purchase. I very glad I did. The color that was suggested for me is just what I envisioned. The support team is fantastic. I had a few questions and they were answered clearly and politely.
