Amazing colorI have been coloring my hair for years but as the grays became more with age it was very difficult to keep my color. I happened to see eSalon so decided to try it and filled out the information form and also sent a picture. I received a e-mail saying my colorist was going to change the color just a bit, so I thought OK that is fine but was a bit concerned. For the 1st time today I tried it and couldn't wait to wash it after the coloring was completed. I am amazed how wonderful it looks. Long lasting & change of heartColorist suggested gradual lightening of my salt & pepper hair to go completely gray. Have been doing this & love each of the colors. Wow! You guys nailed it! Fixed the mess I made with my late night CVS box color!Seriously you nailed it! My hair looks freaking next level after a mess of a job with a CVS box that promised no red tones and delivered FREAKING RED tones 100%! I waS SO SAD. Keeping it Blonde at 60+About 3 years ago (before eSalon!) I wasn't happy with the salon color I'd been getting. It never looked good (to me) until after about 3-4 shampoos, and looked more "red" than my natural blonde had ever been. With plans for a long summer spent with family across the country, I decided to try eSalon. The first time I used it, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the color! I touch-up my roots only on a regular 5 week schedule, and though I tried to make do with grocery story Root Touch up color every once in a while, I finally figured out how much happier I was using eSalon exclusively, so I changed to a 5 week shipping schedule. Excellent coverage for my increasing gray around the face, no reddish tinge, no brassiness, no highlights; yet my hair looks like it's professionally colored. DisappointedI ordered this and applied it as directed. The color was a runny mess. It kept running down my face as I applied it and got into my eye and burned. Not to mention the stains it left all over my face, neck and arms. It also ruined by bath rug as it was running faster than I could clean it up. Made a mess of my shower. I have never used a product that was so runny to use. My color came out very dark. Not what I thought it would be. I would appreciate a refund and maybe some information of what could have happened with this color. Thank you. **UPDATE: Esalon refunded my money and was so accommodating.
