Bad serviceAfter not getting the first color completely right, esalon credited me on my account to get another one since the first one didn't turn out. It was horrible, I had to immediately redye it again. After emailing someone about the 2nd one, I was ignored about my needs and wants in the email exchange and was told I was basically getting sent a root only application anyways, besides the fact. So it was altogether a waste of my money, and if they mess your hair color up the first time, they won't just give you another one. Its not 100% color happiness guaranteed. Green TintHair ended up with a green tint on the ends and orange at the roots. I followed instructions to the letter. Ended up going to the salon for color correction. I did like the stain guard and color remover wipe. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |
