New Hair ColorWe used the color kit exactly as the instructions said. I chose a light brown. I had some grey roots and they turned golden, but the rest of the color was fine. Wrong color team ignoring my request.I had sent previous emails and photos that I do not like color and it was the wrong color for me. I tried to adjust it and I was ignore. I just got my order again with the same color that I have requested a change of it. Obvios nobody saw or read my emails. DisappointedI found this hair colour no different to the shop brand box after 1 week i can see my grey appearing the colour was to dark not as expected the condition of my. Hair was no different to the shop box s!! I love my color!The color turned out so beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments about how perfect the color goes with my skin tone. I was a little nervous because what I chose was quite different for me. But I absolutely love it! I had lots of gray in my hair and always have had trouble covering it with other at home coloring brands but this did great! It does contain ammonia since you have to have that in order for it to be a permanent color application so just thought you should know that since that has a very distinct smell. Be sure to follow the instructions about finishing it in the shower by adding water to the mixing bowl or bottle and mixing together then pouring it over your hair and massaging for 2 to 3 minutes. Very important. When you go to rinse it you may think it feels like it's not rinsing but just pay attention to the fact that the color is fully rinsed when the water runs clear and use the shampoo and conditioner and those will wash out any residue. I was a little clumsy with pouring the water mixture over my head but I'll do better at it as I get used to doing it. So elated with eSalon!I’ve been a strawberry blonde / redhead all my life. My hair started going gray in my late 30’s and it was impossible to find a hair color off the shelf that looked natural. Professional coloring was super expensive and I don’t have the time to sit at the salon or forecast out my schedule. Found eSalon on Facebook and gave it a shot and have been a fan since.
