It's okMy kit did not contain the classic shampoo, it had 2 classic conditioners in it. I followed instructions step by step, but my roots did not change color. The bottom half of my hair, especially where i had balayage highlights, dyed to the expected color. Not impressedI gave the color that I chose 3 tries. The last two, I requested for less brassiness. Unfortunately, my hair is still brassy with the adjustments. I used the color enhancing mask to help diminish this but it is not helping the tone either. WOW!Hi, After a few adjustments on each Custom Colour made for me, the most recent mix is exactly what I was looking for & I am extremely pleased with the result. My hairdresser was very impressed as well so I shall, therefore, be continuing with this mix for the foreseeable future. Best Color Ever !I read the reviews about this service but I still had cold feet. I finally decided to take the plunge and use this service. Best decision I have made in awhile ! This formula was non damaging and gentle to my hair. I will say I have never had such vibrant realistic color since I first started coloring my hair. This service is a keeper. If you are concerned about fragile hair I should tell you I have several health conditions that cause my hair to be delicate along with certain medications I must take daily.
