Expert Colourist is AmazingI am not overly colour literate. I had a very hard time explaining to my colourist what it is I wanted. But, my colourist somehow sorted it out - wonderfully!!! Don't hesitate to ask your colourist to adjust your colour just because you're not sure you have the right words. They know. They get it. nothing like the colour I wanted.I liked the idea of e-salon and I liked the products and the packaging and the service. But the colour! Oh dear!
