Cancel my accountI didn’t realize this is an automatic shipment. I hated the hair color it was like Ronald McDonald red and then I got more of it not realizing I signed up for life. Great product!At the beginning I didn't like the color because it was to dark for me. But my colorist suggested dark brown because I have a lot of gray hair, she was right the color is dark for my liking but it did covered my gray really good!! This product is great!! Warm, rich looking color!Kit was wonderful - everything you need is in this package. Solution did not smell bad at all, no strong chemical smell. eSalon was in contact with me consistently to make sure my custom color was exactly as I wanted. They volunteered to do any adjustments to lighten or darken the color for next month. I really like the online auto-ship where I can add products to my regular monthly order to save me time. I normally just buy my color from the drug store, but I must say, I am very impressed with this company and will be a long time customer for sure. Receiving an actual "color expert" from eSalon to discuss exactly what my expectations are with this newly created color was so nice. Perfect Color!I am always skeptical of beauty products- especially when all the reviews seem to be too good to be true. This product really delivered- not only is the color perfect but my hair feels so soft and is very shiny. I uploaded a picture and it was recommended that I don’t go ask dark as I indicated.
