Underwhelmed 1st experienceFrom the shipping notice that took at least seven days to actually be able to track it, to the fact that the color I received is absolutely nothing like what I expected, to the average quality of the results, I'm underwhelmed - especially for the price. Excellent productI was very impressed how easy it is to color my roots with the brushes. So easy for my 1st tryThis is the first time I have tried coloring my own hair and the instructions were so clear and easy to follow. It also made me feel so much more comfortable knowing that I was going to get the right color since it was made to my specifications.
