Perfect Process for At-Home ColorI love the selection, communication, and quick shipping option. Easy application, quality product. This was my first time on the program, resulting in some tweaks to the product for more gray edge coverage and adjusting the color to see if we could lighten the overall color slightly without doing highlights. Overall, I highly recommend it if you have experience with at-home coloring.
