Love itI love that I do not have to spend so much time at a beauty shop. Being a teacher I am always looking to say time somewhere. So while my color is on I work on my school things. Not to mention, the color is great and I love the shampoo and conditioner. It’s great that it automatically is sent and you can change the day it is sent. So, I don’t have to worry about not having my color. I haven’t contacted any of the specialists on here but it’s great they are willing to call and talk to you anytime you need help. Great job guys. IN HOME SALONI purchased from E-Salon because my hairdresser wanted me to come every week to get my hair toned, and having depression....it was definitely not possible. She also refused to dye my hair which was blonde, into a strawberry blond/auburn for no reason, so she def lost my trust there. I learned my lesson not to purchase box dye, so I googled for the best online high-end color. The personalized color was very nice, I uploaded a picture of what color I wanted and they delivered! The smell is definitely VERY strong. It smells even after washing with the included shampoo and conditioner (that I left for 5-8 mins) . So, definitely do it in a ventilated room. Color is close to what I wanted, but coverage wasn't as well.Giving the color 4 stars. I'm finally getting close to the color I wanted, but the color they send for the ends of your hair doesn't seem to cover as well. I just want my hair to be the same vibrant color all over.
