Happy with productI have used it 3 times and found both the product and the instructions work well. They are responsive when i ask for a delay in mixing/sending the hair color and the packaging is really beautiful. In fact I look for ways to reuse the bags and boxes. When COVID-19 concerns keeps you from going out, little things like luxury packaging are suddenly meaningful. No more Grays! No more Brassy tonesI have used this for 3 colorings so far. My friends can't believe I'm not going to a salon for my coloring. The first try didn't take away the grays so I was given the advice to leave on for 50 mins rather than 30 and it works. Finally applied the color recommendedI was really nervous at first whether to try it or just leave in my dresser since I am really in doubt that the color will not turn out the way I expected. But not bad at all. The amount of formula in the bottle is good enough to accommodate my thick hair. The color is also close to the small amount of highlight i have so I am going to wait for sometime to see how its going to blend with the rest of my hair color.
