Stylists here GET me!I've tried a few variations of blonde-- cool and warm tones, because I'm a neutral/cool girl that's always attracted to warm tones. I upload a photo of my current hair, my roots, and what color I want (from a Google search usually), and describe what I do and don't want (you know, like wanting strawberry blonde but not too brassy). They review and adjust each time. It's so hassle-free!! I've been pleased with each and every result. Perfection!I was nervous about trying the color, but I finally did & wow! Just a few stubborn gray hairs in the front (not enough to matter) color & coverage are perfect! It's so very close to my natural color but with just enough red to make it an amazing color. My hair feels great, too, not like the usual dryness that often comes with coloring. Never happierI've been coloring my hair for 20 years, sometimes from a box, sometimes at a salon, but I have never been as happy with or gotten as many compliments on my color as I have with esalon. Product leakedThe set came soon after I ordered, but I was hugely dissapointed because as soon as I opened the set I saw and felt some sort of solution and sticky substance, it was the Developer bottle that was leaking. The chemicals are too much for me.The chemicals seems to be more than store bought brands. The steps that was recommended at the end is way too much for me to handle. I inhaled a lot of harmful chemicals. I thought I'd die. I have to cut the waiting time too as I started to feel pain in my hairline. Way too much hair loss.
