Exactly What I WantedMy roots & ends turned out perfect. A rich chocolate color that I was hoping for that didn't make the top of my head look red, blended amazingly. The salon couldn't even do this good!My hair is naturally curly so I avoid the salon as much as I can. Every hair technician wants to straighten my hair. ALL OF THEM try to straighten my hair! This company asks for exactly what I want, how often, and what will do my hair best. Extremely cheaper than going to the salon and the directions are simple. A few bucks more than over-the-counter hair coloring kits, you get personal professional color at your doorstep. I swear you will never go anywhere to do your hair coloring. Love itLoved my first color. I have requested a few adjustments still waiting on those to come through. New Packaging FailI have been using the salon color system for years now, great color and easy to use, This is the first time that I’ve had an issue. The bottle nozzle was tiny so you had squeeze harder than normal and it sprayed weird. So I went with the brush method and dumped from bottle to bowl.
