They always adjust the color the way I want itThis is soooo much better than drugstore hair color or even color from Sally Beauty. It's always the same color every time, not the case when I was mixing my own. I can ask for color changes and they are always spot on. My hair is shiny and healthy. And this product is cruelty free. I love it ..Since I dyed my hair using the custom color set I received lots and lots of compliments. It passed almost 4 weeks since I dyed my hair and the color is still vibrant and the covarage of the white hair is 100%. I am more than 100% satified and I wait for the next set.
