Finally the perfect colorThe first order I received my color was pretty but not perfect. The second color is perfect! I have always wanted beautiful chocolate brown hair but it's always to dark or too red. Not this time thank you to my stylist you now have a life long customer. Amazing!!First I’d like to say that I have always been scared to death to try any new hair color. With my skin tone, I was concerned this it would make me look pastey. The box sat on vanity in my bathroom for a month. My husband, who is a very patient man, finally said that he would appreciate if I’d either use it or toss it. Oh my gosh. This color is exactly the same auburn with gold highlights I had as a little girl. I was so excited I almost cried. I’ve had cancer twice, 5 years apart. Both times my hair came back completely gray. Both times I went through several boxes of color to at least get in the auburn family. At this point, it was like a dark dull strawberry blonde. All I wanted was color. That’s when I found esalon. As I stated above, it was a perfect match. I probably took the quiz 9-10 times. The same color came up every time. The color is easy to apply, it doesn’t have a strong smell, and it leaves your hair soft. My order came with a lot of useful products. My fave is the shine serum in the orange bottle. It gave me shiny gold highlights. Take the quiz several times. If you answer honesty, you’ll probably get the same each time. Amazing resultsI have to admit I was apprehensive to try eSalon but decided to give it a go. After completing the online questionnaire a recommendation was made and I placed my order. ~~The next day I was surprised to get an email from one of the eSalon stylists who gave me her thoughts/explanation as to why my initial recommendation should be/would be tweaked. ~~~Definitely glad the change was made! The box arrived containing EVERYTHING needed to ensure a successful application. I was coloring my roots and decided to apply the product with the brush. I have always applied color from the bottle so this was a new experience. There are fabulous "How To" videos as well as extra instructions included with your order. The results were AMAZING. I did miss a spot or two but that is only due to the way in which I applied it.
