Great service/bad colorThe esalon service is impeccable. I had to discontinue my membership because the color kept making my hair too brassy and we could not figure out how to change it. Best ever just wrong colorI was very impressed with the kit, had everything I needed. After the color and rinse I liked the deep brown almost black but I am used to hot red. ColorI thought the ends were too dark the first time, so I ordered the gloss thinking it would make it shiny, but instead it made it darker.
