Great ColorThis is my second time ever coloring my hair. The first time was grocery store box color that only covered my gray hair for a few weeks. I do not have a lot of grays, but this color did cover them all. I definitely noticed a buildup that was difficult to wash out. I was in a hurry so I ended up leaving it wet and not washing it again until the next day. I got most of it out the second wash with a little bit of a greasy feel left. Not responsiveI’ve emailed my feedback on the color and how It lifted my roots resulting in lighter roots and darker ends. I’ve emailed twice, they provided me with an account credit but my colorists hasn’t adjusted my color and the second order also provided me with the same results. I asked for brown - I got blondI asked for light brown- I said. Am a brunette not a blond. The container says blond. The lady I spoke to tried to convince me to go for what they sent because brown may be too dark. I didn't want dark brown. I wanted brown. A warm brown. Since the person I spoke to was adamant about giving me dark blond-I said to cancel my future orders. And now I find out I cannot return as it is hazardous. Then the lady said I have to pay S&H I said you sent me blond- I did not order blond. I am keeping this container as post office says it is hazardous. So I have to throw it away. Amazing custom kit!Hi! I wanted to say I luv my custom colour kit. I went from lookin entirely old and grey to fabulously chic with dark pearlised brown and violet hint. Love the price, ability to upload photos for my stylist to see, and I never have to worry when it’s time to touch up with the dependability of auto shipping, thank you! Been using for yearsI enjoy the convenience. I use for gray coverage. I still get stains but they fade within a day or 2. Even using the stain guard. The color can feel kind of like paint at times. That might be my fault for leaving it in too long. The colorists are helpful. Adjusting the darkness to my needs. Good product.
