Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you. I haven’t received the product yet and was purchased since January 10.Very disappointed after purchasing a colour for the first time and haven’t get the order yet when I looked at the account and said that I was in flex plan meaning that they will get money from my card no permission I did for this.
