100% gray coverage without damageI must admit I was a little frightened to give up control over the color. I have to say I was frightened for no reason. Everything that I expected I got. The most important thing for me was the gray coverage. My hair was soft and manageable after coloring and I didn't have a gray hair in sight. That is all I can ask for. Custom Color SetI absolutely love this color (dark brown (red))!! I get complments every time I go anywhere - that NEVER happens 😊 I was worried that this color would be too dark for me, as I'm very fair skinned, but I really like it. I've finally found the color for me. I've also used the root touch-up, it works very well. The universal leave-in conditioner, the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. as well as the color treated shampoo and conditioner, are fantadtic! They leave your hair silky smooth. GREAT GREAT GREAT !!!I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH MY FIRST COLOR. I SENT AN EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT I WANTED MORE OF. (IT WAS A CRAZY WEEK THAT WEEK SO I COULD NOT CALL) WELL MS JENNIFER LISTENED TO ALL THAT I SAID AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN AND THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I AM THRILLED TOTALLY.. THUMBS UP!!!!..
