ImpressedI wanted to go back to my natural red hair after bleaching blonde. I really thought it would be a disaster but it is just fabulous. Looks very natural. I sent photos of my hair and they advised a demi permanent with a tint rinse pre treatment. I found the customer care service excellent and they were quick with their responses. The demi permenant doesn't take long and my hair feels soft afterwards and in good condition. Amazing Results!Really happy with the results. The colourist Sarah communicated very well with what I wanted and was really helpful as well. The package came with so many little details, from extra gloves, to stain remover wipes, shampoos/conditioner and the brush for dying the hair! Really recommend it!
