LOVE!I’ve been using Esalon colours for a few months now, I asked for my most recent colour to be made darker which was done perfectly for me. The application is easy with very clear instructions, I love how the colour bottle has my name on it and all of the extras such as stain guard/remover and the gloves come in nice packaging. The gloves themselves are really high quality and you get two pairs unlike most at home colour products. My colour never fades, I dye my hair every 3 months to cover grey which it does an amazing job at. My hair is mainly grey now and there is no root glow when applying root touch ups, it all blends superbly. Très satisfaiteJe suis très contente de cette découverte de site ( Esalon. Merci beaucoup pour vôtre magnifique travail et sérieux , j’avais beaucoup de mal à avoir une couleur marron, marron chocolat, on a fait un premier essai et quand ça a rien donné le contact et le retour du produit était très facile, ils m’ont renvoyé une nouvelle couleur et la! Nice, but not the results I wantedThe packaging was eye catching and even fun to open. The instructions, which I followed to a T, were very clear and in easy-to-read print. The shampoo and conditioner had a pleasant smell. Everything was delightful until my hair dried, and I could see that the color was not the warm golden blond that I was hoping for and have obtained from other brands, but rather ash blond, or what we used to call "dishwater blond."
