Best At Home Color I Have EVER Used!I’ll admit I was skeptical. I had some previously, less that perfect, experiences with at home color. I was at the point of booking an appointment at a salon. I decided to give eSalon a try based on a Facebook recommendation from a friend. I wanted a light brown color to cover my gray and not look brassy. As I waited the 30 minutes, my anxiety grew, looking at the dark color of the product I had applied to my roots. I wanted a beautiful, shiny, golden LIGHT brown, not a dark brown or a brassy reddish brown. I was worried. After following the directions provided, which were unlike any I had ever seen with at home hair color, my results are better than I had hoped!!!! I am beyond thrilled. No other place to communicate - Not sure I want to reorder until we communicateI liked the original color better - when the adjustment was made for a "little less red" it ended up way too dark and I do not like it at all - The original just looks too red and tinny in the sun. suggestions? Highly recommendFirst purchase my color was a touch brassy, so I wrote and sent a picture. My second shipment my colorist adjusted my formula.....AWESOME!!! It’s exactly what I wanted!!! My husband even told me to stay with this color as it was perfect......he has NEVER said that any other time in the past 10 years that I’ve been coloring my hair!
