The color was good but I asked for an adjustment and they were so patient and helpful I really appreciate the personal touch and the organized instructions. The color was rich and vibrant.

Great color ok coverage

I have always had my hair done in the salon in the past. But freeing my schedule from the inconvenience of trying to schedule and the time spent going to and from the salon was very appealing. The color is perfect. I actually like it better than the salon color my stylist was using. However, my grays do not stay covered for long. It seems like three weeks after I die them, they are gray again.
