I saw eSalon's ad and my hairdresser was on maternity leave and decided to try it. The step by step instructions were easy to follow. I was pleased to learn they offered permanent color vs a color that would quickly wash out. I am very pleased with the results. The color is natural and not at all harsh. Excellent custom made productI was a bit apprehensive about using this at first as I have always had my hair dyed at my hairdresser. My daughter did it for me but I could have done it myself easily.
