First time buyerThis was my first time purchasing my own color set. I was very impressed with the packaging of my product, and the labels it made have a very personal feel as if I went to the salon and had a stylist getting ready to do my hair. The color was very nice. If I could change one thing and I will my next go around I would add a little more of the violet to my hair. I felt there wasn't enough to make it noticeable. Exactly what I wantedI tried this out on a whim and am so glad I did! I cover my roots about every 8 weeks with demi permanent color and have only trusted a salon to do so up until now. I had been thinking that if I could just get the color mixed for me, I could certainly handle the application. Thanks to esalon, my hair coloring needs are met in a more affordable way. AND the color was exactly what I asked for in my message and pics; AND the quality seems great. I finally look like me againI have always gotten compliments on my hair color. But when my color started fading with age and the grays started to take over it looked so drab. I tried getting my hair colored at salons but I never really thought it looked like me. eSalon fixed that. Roots not coloured wellI was excited to get my e salon colour but was so disappointed with the result. Bright ginger !!My hair has come out bright ginger!! Not the colour I wanted and completely different to the same shade in semi permanent.
