Better than I Anticipated!I was a little hesitant ordering, as this is my first order. I went with the Demi-permanent just in case it was awful. Now I wish I got the permanent! I definitely will next time. The process was easy, the littlest details were all taken care of and in the box. My hair color is SO pretty! Just what I needed and wanted. Very SatisfiedI like the color composition and am very happy with my package. Only suggestion I have would be to include the shampoo and conditioner in a bottle instead of the paper wrap they come in currently.
