10/10The instructions were easy to follow & I liked that the kit included everything you would need down to the gloves. My hair felt softer after application, shinier, and I received a lot of compliments on my color. Most of my friends thought I went to an actual salon. Absolutely perfect!I love the color, it's exactly what I wanted! Even the first week or so when the new color is always particularly strong, it was beautiful and didn't look artificial at all. SatisfactionBonjour à tous, merci beaucoup à Thibault suite à notre entretien téléphonique pour réajuster ma couleur avec une photo de ma couleur naturelle blond vénitien. Je suis enchantée du résultat car aucun coiffeur jusqu’à présent ne réussissait à la faire. Ce blond vénitien est très difficile à obtenir et Thibault a réussi. C’est magnifique.
