A bit nervous, but Wow!After an initial email, saying my chosen shade was too dark and was being adjusted for me, my colour arrived. It took 8 days from the US to UK, which I think is pretty good. The colour indicated on the box looked liked it might be unnaturally red. But as it had come such a long way thought I do the strand test. I needn't have worried - the colour is perfect. Rich and natural with incredible shine, it covers the greys and works really well with my skin tone (it was definitely worth adding the photo!) Ok color but very labor intensiveI color my hair generally every 3 to 4 weeks at home so I know what that entails..I thought ok maybe this will be better not that what I was doing was bad..but oh my word at the extra work and laughable amount of product yes the color amount was fine but if you take the time to ask if I have long hair make sure you send enough shampoo and conditioner to get the product out..did not even have enough shampoo to get a good suds.
