Love itI have been a customer for a decade now and still love my color. I wrote the review below in 2016 and I still stand by it. I recommend these products to all my friends and family. If you are undecided about using hair care products ordered online I say go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed because..... I really love my color. LOVE ALL MY CUSTOM COLOUR SETSI always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. I LOVE my new color!It took a couple of tries to get the tone just right but now it's perfect! Esalon did not give up on me and worked to make it right!
