Both bottles sent with your first shipment were meant to be used in the same application per your instructions. Bottle 1 was for your Roots as indicated, and Bottle 2 (Custom Ends Refresher) was for the previously dyed parts of your hair. We would expect hot roots to result from using your ends bottle on your roots. Please keep an eye on your email. We will be reaching out shortly to help resolve this for you. |

Best home coloring product I’ve ever used!Truly. The headline says it all. It’s the best at home coloring product I’ve used. My stubborn grays have been so frustrating to dye where I got to the point that I was using store bought box color ever 2 weeks with still the color not holding. I finally decided to try eSalon & I can go a good 3 1/2 weeks without coloring, plus the color doesn’t fade & covers the gray SO well. The supplies provided in the shipment are extremely helpful & very personalized. You really feel like the company is invested in ensuring their customers have a great experience using their product. Love the new adjustment to my colorI love the ease of using Esalon and making slight changes to get the color I want. I use color to restore vibrancy to my dull blonde hair. Since I do not have gray hairs and am making a minor color change, I just put the color on all my hair for thirty minutes, rinse, wash and condition and enjoy shiny hair afterward. Color SetI have been have my hair Highlighted and/or colored in a salon for 40 years. Decided that I was spending far to much money and had a neighbor who offered to help. I loved it but color was slightly to dark. The eSalon adjusted it per my request and now it is perfect!
