Best cover up for stubborn gray hair.The color formulation made by Sarah was perfectly nice for my Asian hair...I love it but, I failed to mentioned prior my order that I wanted an AMMONIA FREE product. Not the worst dye.I like the process of this product. Getting a custom dye for my hair sounds great! The smell wasn’t that bad. The color is good. But the steps to dye my hair was too much. Way too much packaging!Initially fell for the "boxed" concept, but as I opened unnecessary packaging after unnecessary packaging including 2 pairs of gloves for one treatment, I realised your approach wasn't for me. Clever concept but colour no different than elsewhere and to be stood in a shower dripping with the remains of colour only to discover there wasn't an easy open top to either the shampoo and conditioner was the last straw, thank heavens my partner was in calling distance, otherwise my only option would have been to drip colour across the bathroom whilst I found the scissors necessary to open both! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. The worstI asked for a light blonde copper similar to the color I had. Now my hair is dark red auburn and I have a business meeting I am presenting at in a few days and look like a circus clown. Awful never againThis was a last chance order and I have to it’s awful. I’ve been ordering for over three years and quality has got worse! Colour is non existent except for pink tinge to hair. I was left again with a slugs on my scalp that took over 45mins to remove! Grey through in a week. Upon reviewing your account, we see that we have worked with you over your years of membership to adjust your color to better suit your needs. We are always happy to provide recommendations upon request, and our team of licensed colorists is always happy to advise our clients. We can confirm that our formulation ahs not changed. We recommend focusing on the emulsification step to help loosen up your color prior to washing. Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, and we expect for clients with a discerning eye to see regrowth after a week.
