My first color experienceI was extremely happy with this I will never go back to store box dye again! They contacted me first about opitions -so send in your picture if possible! The color is beautiful and it is just like salon color- I really like the application process and I cannot wait to do it again! The only down side I would say is that I have really long thick hair so I need more shampoo and conditioner then what they send and I feel they should send 3 pairs of gloves for the 3 steps. Not Unhappy but Not Happy Customer😕I'm not that type of person/customer that bashes or makes complaints unless I am 110% Unhappy and there's no way of fixing the situation/problem/or product, first of all. Honestly, I'm just not real happy with the results, the color of my hair! I'm not putting blame on anyone, so on another note, your overall products and representation, all the products That I received I thought we're Awesome!! You didn't leave anything out! Everything was in the box that I needed to do my hair, And than some!! It was great to get started and not be gathering all the necessary items needed to color my hair!!
