I am LOVING my new mohagony shade!!Love the personalized service! LOVE the quality of this hair dye! It's better than any professional hair dye from any beauty supply store! I love the shade. The color is perfect. My damaged hair now feels soft and silky and thick for some reason. Doesn't lastAfter only 1 wash my roots were grey again!!! I wash my hair every 7-10 days, I have always done so. The colour just doesn't last. For the price it isn't worth it and it takes twice as long to colour my hair with your product 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Incorrect instructions. In tears after coloringI followed instructions precisely. I partitioned hair and brushed on color at roots and let sit for 20 minutes before applying the the remainder of my hair. NOW THE TOP OF MY HEAD WHERE THE DYE SAT FOR 20 EXTRA MINUTES IS WAY REDDER THAN THE OTHER PART OF MY HAIR! and why is ash blonde with hints of copper RED! Great customer service, not so great resultI was very impressed with the steps my stylist took to make this a personal experience and make sure we were on the same page as far as what I was going for.
