Great long lasting color and great service.I decided to give this new way of hair color a try after some really not great results from home hair colors ! I am so pleased i did, the whole product and customer service has been great , I must admit my hair before i used this color was bleached blonde dark roots and brassy tones ! so I was a little worried about the results . A colorist contacted me about my hair color what i hoped to achieve ,My color arrived quickly well packaged and my own label and instructions ,I was wanting to go a few shades darker and although the results were not quite as dark as i would have liked the color was even and and has lasted . I have contacted them and the next order will be sent on date i have requested and color tweaked a little . Love this hair color!This is my first experience with esalon and I am really happy with the results!
