Still working to find the perfect color... but I'm very happy with the results.I fired my hairdresser after much frustration that I asked for years to tone down the reddish gold tones in my highlighted light brown hair. I decided to try out eSalon. I included a picture with my initial color order. eSalon matched it exactly, even the unwanted reddish gold. So I requested an adjustment for the 2nd order. It has much less gold, but still there. I called to speak with an eSalon colorist, and she recommended that I try the next shade with no gold, only ash. SuperLa commande est arrivée très vite. Le mode d’emploi est très bien expliqué. La couleur correspond très bien ce que je voulais et elle couvre bien mes cheveux blancs.
