I loved the whole presentation of the product..classy...but..Instead of waiting for my confirmation answer...they sent me the product...it did not give me the all over color I desired...or much gray coverage. Great company!!Love the products and how everything is losted step by step but what really sold me on this company is their professionalism and when i needed to cancel do to not needing another color they resolved everything and refunded me in less then 2 minutes on the phone. Would use again!It was nice that you supplied a color for roots and ends separately. I am actually a cosmetologist but I’m all about trying new ways to color my own hair. Sometimes me going to the salon isn’t ideal so the DIY at home works good for me. Due to limited colors and the vibrancy of certain tones I will add color shots in my personalized color for more violet vibrancy. The shampoo and conditioner packets did leave my hair feeling soft which was a bonus.
