Best hair dye everI have tried so many dyes over the years only resulting in quick fade or incorrect color. Found esalon and I am hooked. It's been a month and my color is still perfect. Exactly what I wantedI stopped buying box color at the store because it doesnt hold in my hair. I dont wash my hair often (every 4-6 days) but it still was fading quickly. Waxy Gross FeelingAfter several experiences with a gross oily/waxy residue all over my hair and having to literally spend all evening washing and rewashing my hair and really scrubbing my scalp I've given up on esalon. I reached out to support several orders ago and was basically told that this can happen sometimes, but I've never had it happen with boxed hair color and it hadn't happened for the first few years of using esalon. I still have one set of esalon hair color at home, but after last night I'll be trashing it, for the first time in years I bought a boxed color and it rinsed out easy and sludge-free.
