You tell them what you want for an end result and they work with you to customize a color for you. Fine tuning is easy as well. I was afraid to color my hair, but the stylists at eSalon reassured me. WowI didn't know home colour could do this. There is a lot of online hype surrounding this product. Believe it best home colour I have ever used. Love the service I was concerned over the colour but was called back by my personal colourist to talk me through. The colour is gorgeous. Love the color!Started with a darker brown first time. It was dark. But it looked great! Mom liked it! Then I got the light brown a while back, it's a little dark at first, but lightens up perfectly and my hair looks like I have highlights! I get a lot of compliments! Great work team! No gray! Best at home hair color!I think this is better than any other DYI color. You tell the salon what you want and don't want. For me I was concerned about my hair turning brassy but this color didn't do that. You can send a picture of yourself and answer the questions before they make a color special for you based on what you tell them. I think it's better than salon because you have control over how much coverage you want. I don't think I'll do a regular salon ever again. This way is better and more affordable!!!!!
