Salon quality!I have been coloring my own hair with drugstore products for years. This product is a totally different experience. It covers my gray completely and absolutely does not fade or was out. Finally found my hair salon in the mail!!I've been coloring my hair for years. Was a blonde all my life and as it got darker I started going to salons and paying crazy amounts just to have them slap on some color and 30-60 min. later I was out the door. So when I decided to go Red, I first went to a salon, then decided to save some money by trying it myself. I tried boxes...then ION hair color...then saw something online for eSalon. Britney has been wonderful and so very patient with me. The first batch was a little too dark, but she worked with me and we tweeked it little by little until I found my color. Matter of fact, I found a picture of myself after the last Salon visit, and I love the eSalon color much better. Plus they are experts at what they do...and will work with you either by email or phone or both! And believe me, saving hundreds of dollars a year on hair color is definately a win-win. But the best part is they work with you to get what YOU want...not what THEY want. I've been to salons where you go in with something in mind and end up getting what the stylist wants on you...not with eSalon.
