I LOUDLY APPLAUD and appreciate YOU - Thank you for the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE; Couldn’t believe some of the website consumer reviews, until experiencing it for myself - WOW !!! ...It’s so refreshing to witness your optimal turn-around time and expertise in customer satisfaction... Not too many corporate businesses out there anymore with such precision in making people feel highly satisfied and KEEPING them happy ! When you initially informed us of your reaction and dissatisfaction regarding your color, we refunded you for your most recent color. Again, we apologize that you were unhappy with your experience. |

Amazing!I was quite sceptical about dying my hair at home, especially as I was going from blonde ombre to copper but my hair came out beautifully and so even!
