Great in a pinch if you want to save moneyThis product is not as good as a salon, for me. I can see where it might be for others, but my hair is extremely fine and fragile. The color this product gives is wonderful, but it leaves my hair dry and brittle. Color fried my hairI have used products a few times getting progressively darker. This time I again asked for a shade darker and followed the instructions exactly. No going backI love esalon! Genius concept and much cheaper than going to a regular salon. My hair dyes very easily, so that is helpful, but I get compliments on the tones of golden brown all the time. It also 100% covered my greys.
