Poor Customer ServiceShipping has taken over a week and I have an event that requires a color refresh by Sunday. UnimpressedColor was NOT as shown. Never received a call from a colorist to discuss my initial color order, as advertised. It does not cover gray well. The only positive thing is the gal who canceled my future orders was very pleasant. Overall it was a bad experience and exactly like buying drugstore color. I'll stick with John Frieda color.
