Good color but bad reactionI really enjoyed the color it gave me, i ended up using the dye three times, however on my third dye I had a horrible reaction to the product. I am only dyeing my dark hair darker and I had never dyed my hair previously but on my third dye my hair was falling out in clumps. no bald patches but insane fall out that it could clog a drain. The very best hair color I've ever used at home!I love this color option. I have very fine hair that grabs red very easily. For the first time ever, I am able to color my own hair without having to worry about it becoming more orangy/red with each passing day. My first time using esalon hair color.I loved how the color turnout. Although I have trouble with the gray. It didn't absorb color that well and maybe I need to increase the time on the gray hairs. Other than that, the color matched perfectly like I wanted it to be. My hair feels shinny and healthy looking. I loved the shampoo/conditioner that came with the set.
